"Can't fault the service. The only problem I had was that my bank didn't recognise the company and flagged it as possibly fraudulent, so I had to spend an hour on the phone unblocking my credit card. Don't know if there's anything you can do your end to alleviate this for future customers, but as I said at the start, the service was prompt, polite and very professional."
